Lisa Walton is an internationally known textile artist and teacher and experienced tour leader. She is passionate about traditional arts and crafts as well as a dedicated foodie. She has designed her tours with these passions in mind and loves sharing her experiences with her fellow travellers.

A group is defined as 10 or more passengers travelling together; if the number of passengers decreases from those quoted above the per passenger cost may increase and could be subject to a change of the conditions of travel.

Standard Deposit:  A minimum non-refundable deposit of 10-30% of the total booking value is required to secure your booking. On receipt of this deposit your booking will be requested and confirmed subject to availability of all services. Receipt of payment signifies the acceptance of the costs of services provided, and the booking conditions contained herein. Additional deposits such as those charged by hotels, airlines, cruise companies or local operators will be invoiced to you, but are subject to advice from our operators. Cancellation fees and conditions of these suppliers over and above those written below will be advised to you in writing. Two quotations will be provided free of charge. Subsequent re-quotes can only be done after receipt of the non-refundable deposit.

Final Payment:  Payment for the balance of services is generally due 60-90 days prior to departure from Australia but will be advised to you at the time of confirming the booking. For bookings made inside 60 days prior to departure, balance of payment is required upon confirmation. If you fail to meet payment conditions All About Travel / Tempo Holidays reserves the right to cancel the booking and apply the appropriate cancellation charges. Late payment may result in late issue of documentation which will not be issued until the company is in receipt of full payment.

Amendment Fees:  Any changes to quotes are subject to availability and confirmation. Amendments made less than 60 days prior to departure may be considered as cancellations and are subject to the cancellation fees advised at the time of confirmation.

Cancellation:  All cancellations must be made in writing to All About Travel.  All bookings are subject to cancellation fees as outlined below unless otherwise stated at the time of confirmation.

Upon Confirmation: Non-refundable deposit plus any charges already levied by our ground operators or hotels. Any deposits paid for airfares or other arrangements are also non-refundable.

90+ Days: Forfeit of non-refundable deposit only

0-89 Days: 100% cancellation fees. Cancellation of either all or part of the services by individuals within the group will incur 100% cancellation penalty.

After Departure: 100% cancellation fee. There is no refund applicable on unused services on a group or individual basis

Contractual Acceptance of Travel Conditions: Client/s accepts that a contractual relationship exists with All About Travel / Tempo Holidays Pty Ltd on payment and acceptance of monies relating to travel arrangements.

Overseas Associates: Our associates overseas are not permitted to bind All About Travel / Tempo Holidays in any matter. Should a problem not be satisfactorily resolved locally, clients are required to contact All About Travel immediately.  

Itinerary: Every effort is made to ensure descriptions and details are correct at the time of quoting. The client/s recognises and accepts that subsequent changes can occur. It is important to reconfirm brochure/travel details at the time of reservation. All About Travel / Tempo Holidays and/or servants and/or ticket agents may change an itinerary/schedule to achieve sensible parallel to an originally planned tour where local conditions or changed circumstances warrant same. Such changes can occur either prior to departure or during travel. Any change in cost (plus or minus) is chargeable/refundable to the client/s.

Documentation: Documentation will be issued two weeks prior to commencement date of All About Travel / Tempo Holidays services unless alternative arrangements have been made. It is the client’s responsibility to check all trip notes, air tickets and vouchers immediately upon receipt.

Overbooking: A tourism trend is the practice of over-booking by airlines and hotels. Client/s accept that any claim arising from overbooking may only be made against the airline or hotel concerned. Without prejudice to the foregoing, All About Travel / Tempo Holidays will take every possible action to protect the Client’s interest should such an over-booking or similar occur.

Devaluation and Increases: The client agrees that any cost increase outside the reasonable control of Tempo Holidays is payable by the client and can be advised at any time prior to departure from Australia, whether booking is deposited or fully paid. All pricing is clearly identified by currency, where exchange rate fluctuations occur of more than 2.5%, or any other increases in the price of services provided which are beyond the control of All About Travel / Tempo Holidays, then All About Travel / Tempo Holidays reserves the right to adjust package prices accordingly, up to and including the day of departure of your itinerary, even though the balance of payment may have been made. Acceptance of this arrangement is a condition of booking.

Errors/Oversight: Client/s accepts that staff/management of All About Travel / Tempo Holidays can make an error/oversight affecting travel arrangements. Client/s agree and understand that Tempo Holidays obligation is to amend such error or oversight by prompt action/correction (if possible) or refund based on actual cost of itinerary services/sectors affected. Client/s understands and agrees to such limitation of claim.

Visa Requirements: It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that they are carrying all the necessary visas and paperwork at the time of travel. All passports must have a minimum of 6 months validity from date of return. Please ensure you contact the relevant consulate/authority prior to travel as visa, entry and passport requirements are subject to change.

Client Responsibility:  You should familiarise yourself with any health and visa requirements that may be applicable in the areas that your clients intend visiting, and you shall be responsible for all entry, exit, health and other documents required by law, regulations, orders, demands or requirements of the countries visited or transited. It is your responsibility to ensure that your clients are carrying a valid passport at all times. Passport, visa and vaccination requirements are not our responsibility and we are not liable for any loss or expense due to your failure to comply with the above. It remains your responsibility to ensure that these documents are in order and to meet any additional costs incurred (whether by the client or by All About Travel / Tempo Holidays on the client’s behalf) as a result of failure to comply with such requirements. You accept that your clients may be travelling through areas of political or climatic instability, high altitude and remote areas without proper medical services, and accept the associated risks. The making of a booking constitutes your acceptance of all booking terms and conditions as described herein and forms the basis of your contract with All About Travel / Tempo Holidays.

Refunds: Once travellers have departed for this tour, a refund will not be given for any service or accommodation not used due to late arrival, early departure, or by choice. This includes the failure of any transportation to operate as scheduled. Tempo Holidays / All About Travel does not authorise any overseas suppliers including hotel management to promise refunds on our behalf. If your itinerary is reduced after final payment is made, normal cancellation fees apply.
